You can print all your documents from them (By WhatsApp or Email the documents). They also provide passport size photo service.
Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
The visa cost highly depends on the agent you selected and your nationality. Since I am a Sri Lanka passport holder, it cost me SGD 65. I have noticed the cost for Indian passport holders is SGD 70, and for China passport holders, it is SGD 80 at Serangoon Air Travel Pte Ltd.
Processing Time
Serangoon Air Travel Pte Ltd says the visa processing time is four working days. I applied on a Sunday and got my passport back on Thursday. However, the processing time may change. Please check with your visa agent.
Update on 24th Oct 2022: A few of my friends mentioned that the Malaysia visa application process is taking longer than usual. According to them, it now takes 3-4 weeks.
Visa Validity
If your work pass is valid for more than one year, you will get a one-year multiple entries visa. However, suppose your work pass is valid for less than one year. In that case, you will get a multiple entry visa up to your work pass validity.
